Obituary of Linda J. Farron

Linda J. Farron 57, of Cortland, passed away November 2, 2014 after an extended illness with her family by her side. Linda was born September 7, 1957 in Cortland the daughter of the late Eugene and Leona McCadden Farron. Linda graduated from Cortland High School, and had been employed by WKRT Radio for several years, She was president of Precision Broadcasting Dynamics in California. She was communicant of St. Mary’s Church, an avid golfer, creative writer, and a good friend to many. Linda is survived by her sisters: Mary Lee (Gary) North of McGraw, Theresa (Joe) Haskell of Cortland, Michelle Farron of Cortland, her brother William ( Elizabeth Sweeney) Farron of Cortland, several nieces and nephews. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated 10:00 am Wednesday at St. Mary’s Church 59 North Main St. Cortland, NY.
