Obituary of Shaun Patrick Berry

Shaun Patrick Berry, 28, of Cortland passed away on November 5 at St. Joseph's Hospital in Syracuse. He was born on March 29, 1986 to John Berry and Roxane Horrocks. Shaun attended Cortland schools and was a graduate of Owego Free Academy. He enjoyed listening to a variety of music, playing video games, riding his bicycle, hiking and loved to spend time with his 3 daughters. He is predeceased by his maternal grandparents Isabel Cordary Hicks and Paul Sherman Grenell, paternal grandfather Stanley Clute. In addition to his parents Mr. Berry is survived by his daughters; Hailey, Katelyn, Emma, sisters; Ashley Inman, Betty Jean brothers; Lawrence Berry, Johnathon Berry, step sisters; Brittney Gauge, Sierra Eaton, step brother Ryan Gleason, paternal grandmother Betty Clute, step-father Chad Horrocks, step-grandparents; Ken and Dawn Horrocks, many aunts, uncles, several nieces, nephews and cousins. Visitation will be held from 9:00 - 10:00AM on Monday at the Wright-Beard Funeral Home, 9 Lincoln Ave. Cortland, with a service at 10AM at the funeral home, and a burial to follow at Glenwood Cemetery; Homer.
