Frank E. Visco, Sr., born July 20, 1930 to Anthony and Rose Visco in Schenectady, N.Y. He is a graduate of Nott Terrace High School, Siena College and New York Law School. He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1960 and to the Federal Bar in 1964. He practiced law in Cortland for more than fifty years.
Frank is survived by his wife of 60 years, Nancy, their two sons Frank, Jr. (Robin), Gene A. Visco (Courtney) and their children Grace, Theo and Cooper,
A private memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family. There will not be any calling hours.
