Obituary of David W. Berry

David W. Berry, 48, of Syracuse passed away 4/28/16 while on vacation in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. He was born on 12/28/67 in Syracuse, NY. He was predeceased by his father, Louis E. Berry. David is survived by his mother Ellen J. Berry, his brother John, and sister Jennifer (Jeremy) Thurlow and nephew, Jensen Thurlow. He is also survived by many Aunts, Uncles and cousins. David graduated from Cortland High School in 1986 and then went on to receive his Associates Degree from Bryant & Stratton in Syracuse. David enjoyed traveling and spending time with his family. His favorite sports teams were the Dallas Cowboys and the NY Yankees. David was an avid tv and movie buff and he was great at trivia. Funeral services will be held Thursday at the Wright Beard Funeral Home at 9 Lincoln Ave, Cortland, NY. Calling hour is from 11:00am - 12:00pm and the funeral will follow at noon. Memorial contributions can be made to St. Joseph's Dialysis Center in Syracuse, NY or the American Diabetes Association.
