Joyce A. Harris, 74 of Cortland passed away on August 13, 2016 at SUNY Upstate. She was born on March 25, 1942 in Auburn, NY a daughter of the late Leo and Thelma Huff Anthony Joyce was employed by Keepsake as a secretary. She loved to read and enjoyed crossword puzzles. Joyce is survived by her daughter Kimberly and William Norton, two grandchildren, Kahley and Ashlyn, as well as several nieces and nephews. Joyce was predeceased by her Husband, William Harris in 2005, one brother Richard Anthony. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
