Joseph A.Weaver 74 of Cortland passed away October 24, 2016 in Cortland. Joseph was born April 13, 1942 in Groton, the son of the late Cecil and Bertha Hier Weaver. He served his country with the US Army during Vietnam. He had worked in the construction field for many years. He enjoyed fishing and gardening. Joe is survived by his Sisters Dalyce (TJ) Hewes of Blodgett Mills, Eva Mae Jackson and Emma Jean Krueger both of Texas. Brothers Dale (Barbara) Weaver of Cortland, And Kevin (Barbara) Weaver of Ithaca. Calling hours will be held Monday from 3-5 pm at the Wright-Beard Funeral Home 9 Lincoln Ave. Cortland.
