Obituary of Pauline Daghita

Pauline Daghita, our wonderful, caring, compassionate, and loving mother, Pauline (Torquati) Daghita passed away on August 10, 2012. A lifetime resident of Cortland, Mom was born August 20.1920 to Frank and Lillian Fabrizio Torquati. Some her greatest joys were spending time with her family, taking pride in her home and being the best person she could be. She was a devoted mother and grandmother, her sense of humor, laughter, smile, Sunday dinner, and love given will forever be missed. She will live forever within our hearts. She was predeceased in death by her parents, her husband Joe, her sister Kathleen and brother -in -law Frank Feinstein, and many close aunts and uncles, She is survived by her son Kurt Daghita of Plano, Texas, her daughter Kim Daghita and son-in-law Tim Guido, her precious grandchildren, Zachary, Madison, Justin and Wilder and her loving extended family. At Paulines request a time of sharing will be celebrated at 11:00 am Wednesday at the Wright-Beard Funeral Home 9 Lincoln Ave. There are no calling hours In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a local charity of your choice or a tree can be planted in her name.
