Lamont Thomas Allington, 54, of Groton NY, passed away December 5, 2012. He was born December 14, 1957 in Elmira, NY. Lamont was a local contractor all his adult life. He was a loving caretaker for his widowed mother, and will be remembered for his generosity. He will be missed by all who knew him. He is survived by his son Travis Allington of Homer NY, stepchildren Aubrey and Adam Bisbee of Homer NY, his mother Roberta Lou Allington of Groton NY, his siblings Everett (Karen) Allington Jr. of East Homer NY, Terri (Keith) Lattin of Groton NY, joseph (Debbie) Allington of Fort Myers Fl. He was predeceased by his father Everett Allington.
