As a long time next door neighbor on Berkshire Ave. I grew up with all of the Brush siblings. Andy was a big brother to all of the kids that lived in the immediate area - not just his brothers & sisters. Rest easy, your work here is done.

Andy, I'll miss you so much. You were always so kind to me and my father at Maple Hill. I always looked forward to league night when I was able to play a round with Andy. I hope you and my dad are enjoying a drink in heaven together. My sincerest condolences are with his family. Rest in peace, brother. We all love and miss you!

Brow, a piece of my heart went with you my brother. Things will never be the same without you. Will miss your care of how am I doing, my going to you for advice, always your kind words, laughter at my mistakes, praise when I got things right. Your tremendous support landing me at 149 when I was not totally on board at first and also the tremendous help and support of our brothers
and sisters. We went through a lot coming up and we are stronger for it. You were our family's "rock."

My late husband Steve golfed on Andy’s Wednesday Night Men’s League at Maple Hill Golf Club. He admired Andy’s sense of humor, friendliness and wonderful organizational skills in running the league. He told me many times that Andy was a great guy. My deepest sympathy goes out to Andy’s loved ones.

Andrew was a friend who had an uncanny ability to make me laugh.
I'll always remember our annual tradition traveling to the Carrier Dome to see his beloved Orangemen and hoping to see Boeheim freak out in some fashion. Thinking about it now, I'm of course smiling.
We also shared a love of music and went to at least two E Street shows together. Life is a journey and as Bruce Springsteen has recently said...
"The road is long and seeming without end. The Days go on, I remember you my friend. And though you're gone and my hearts been emptied it seems; I'll see you in my dreams".

I never knew Andy. But I knew his name. My mother, Mary Lee Carsello, worked with him at Wilson Sporting Goods (in HR), which was only in Cortland for a short time. She often mentioned Andy as a friend and someone for whom she had a great deal of respect for him. He left an impression on her. My condolences to Andy's family and friends.

Terry and family,
Andy was a fantastic Controller that Rubbermaid was so fortunate to have in Cortland. I was truly blessed to have him as part of our team, but more importantly as a friend. He was a great husband and father who cared deeply about his family. He always made me laugh, even when things were not going that well. Rest in peace my friend.
