Obituary of Helen M Stevens

Helen M. Stevens, 78, of Cortland passed away March 6, 2025. She was born February 15, 1947 in Binghamton NY. Helen worked as an LPN at the Highgate Manor Nursing Home in Cortland. She enjoyed crafting and baking. She cherished her time with her family and they will miss her dearly. She is survived by children Jeannette (Gary) Simmons, Harold (Estelle) Young, Lisa (Kim) Peacock, Scott Young, her siblings Ollie, Lucia, Ethel, Mabel, and Sally, many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Helen was predeceased by her parents Harold and Ethel Brewer, her husband Harley Stevens. Calling hours are Thursday March 13, 2025 from 11 am-12:45 pm with a funeral to begin at 1 pm at the Wright-Beard Funeral Home inc., 9 Lincoln Ave., Cortland NY, 13045.
