Obituary of Susan A. Powers

Susan A. Powers, 78, of Cortland passed away May 8, 2025. She was born August 17, 1946 in Cortland, the daughter of the late Seth and Helena Miller Powers. Susan was a lifelong resident of the area. She had worked in food service at SUNY Cortland and Cornell. She had been a foster parent at one time. Susan is survived by her sister Marsha (Victor) Havran, sister in law Sharon Powers, and brother in law James Nadge, many nieces and nephews. Susan was predeceased by her parents, sister Joan Nadge, brothers David Powers, LeRoy Powers and step mother Thelma Powers. There will be a private memorial and service at the convenience of the family.
