Dear House Family,
I am very sorry for the loss of Charles. I am sending all of you my thoughts and love.
I had the pleasure of being part of his life for over a decade.
Charles was extremely intelligent, insightful, passionate, compassionate, funny, artistic and an excellent cook.
He taught me so much about life, nature, spirituality and love.
It was wonderful to meet Cole and be part of some of their time together. So much laughter.
I miss his presence in my life and will forever be grateful that we met.
Rest in the most peaceful of places possible Big C, and may you be enjoying that freedom with your wonderful Mr. Boy meowing away by your side.

We were so saddened to hear about the loss of Charles. To the Mulherns, Charles was a masterful electrician, but an artist at heart. He was a kind man with a generous and easy smile and a laugh that could get you going. He loved to laugh!! He knew what it was to be a good friend and believed that all should be treated fairly. .He was an avid learner and enjoyed discussing his discoveries and observations. There was never a visit where Cole did not come up in conversation. He was incredibly proud of you, Cole - all that you pursued, and all that you accomplished. You were clearly his heart. I don’t know that he really understood his impact - how much people enjoyed him and the impact he really had. He impacted our lives in ways that truly matter, and there will always be an empty space knowing that he’s gone. We will still watch for his vintage car to come cruising down the road, and hope for it to slow and pull into the driveway for an impromptu visit. Always welcome. Rest in peace, sweet Charles, until we see you again.

I went through high school and graduated with Charlie in 1986. I did not know him well but my memories of him are that he always had a smile on his face, was liked by everyone, laughed a lot but also was a fairly quiet guy. I was saddened to hear he had been sick for so long, then had passed. Prayers and peace to all missing him.

I am terribly sorry to hear of Charlie passing away. I attended Indian River High School briefly in the 80's, and both he and Jason were very kind to me. I am certain who ever knew Charlie and his family, were treated with the same loving heart as they showed me.

I send my condolences to Charlie and his entire family. The memories I have of him are countless, from riding the snowmobile around the house, to playing sports, to listening to music, and my kids wanting to visit him when we lived on Antwerp St. You will be missed dear friend, hope you are listening to Poison and enjoying a cold one!
