Marcia Washburn, 74, of Groton, passed away peacefully on June 22, 2025, at Guthrie Cortland Medical Center.
Born on August 14, 1950, in Bronx, NY, she was the daughter of the late Jerry and Sylvia Berhens. Marcia dedicated much of her professional life working as an office manager and paralegal for various offices and law firms, where she was known for her dedication and attention to detail.
Marcia's greatest joy came from the love she shared with her family and friends. She is survived by her beloved sons, Robert Carlo and Michael (Heather) Carlo, and her cherished grandson, Evan. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Thomas Washburn.
In keeping with Marcia's wishes, there will be no formal services at this time.
