Obituary for Larry Max Schreffler: Larry Max Schreffler, 95, passed away on May 6, 2025 in Orlando Florida. He served honorably in the United States Navy from 1948 to 1957. After leaving the Navy, he opened his own refrigeration company in Cortland, New York. Afterwards, he worked as an electrician at Smith Electric in Cortland. He retired from Cortland County Public Schools where he maintained electrical and air conditioning equipment. He loved the outdoors and was an avid camper, hunter, and fisherman. He is survived by his children: Gary Schreffler (Winter Park, Florida), Theresa Kozer (Cortland, New York), Richard Schreffler (Cortland, New York), and Cynthia Schreffler (Cortland, New York), 7 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. A burial service will be held at 11 AM on August 21 at St Mary's Catholic Cemetery in Cortland, New York.»(Do not delete this line. It does not print.
