Obituary of Paul Brown

Paul David Brown Paul "Dave" Brown, 87, of Cortland, NY passed away on Saturday, June 28, 2025 while staying at Crown Park Nursing home. Dave was born in Pitcher NY on December 23, 1937. Son of the late Earl and Verna Doupe Brown. He is survived by his children, Lorie (John) Kahle, David (Melissa) Brown, Theresa (Ike) Hunt, Allen Brown, Daphne (Ike) Miller and Charlie Hamilton. Dave also leaves behind his brother Ronnie Brown, several grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his wife, Charlene, daughter Connie Brown, brothers, Anthony, Clifford, George, Robert, Rodney, Mark and his sisters Jane White and Cathy Tei. Calling hours will be on Thursday, July 10 at Wright Beard Funeral Home, 9 Lincoln Ave. in Cortland at 11:00 am - 1:00pm. Burial will be at a later date. There will be a luncheon after services at Palm Gardens on Elm Street, one of Dave's favorite places to visit. Family has asked if you could please bring a dish to pass.
