Victoria R. Stockton, 74, of Cortland, passed away on July 6, 2025 at Crouse Hospital in Syracuse.
She was born on April 29, 1951 in Cortland, to her parents, the late Russell Stockton and Helen "Verombeck" Stockton. Victoria worked for many years locally at the Smith Corona Corporation, then upon their closure worked at SUNY Cortland as a Custodian. She deeply loved her family and friends as well as her dogs.
Victoria is survived by her brother James (Denise) Stockton; her sister-in-law Kathleen Stockton; as well as several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Victoria is predeceased by her brothers Patrick, Mike, and Joseph Stockton; her sister-in-law Linda Stockton; and her nephew Jeffrey "Chip" Stockton.
Services will be held privately.
Those wishing to make a memorial contribution are asked to consider a donation to the American Cancer Society or the SPCA.
