Obituary of Jacqueline W. Brazina

Jaqueline Wilma (Jackie) Brazina, 87, of Cortland NY passed away on August 18 at Guthrie Cortland Nursing Home. Jackie was born in Trenton New Jersey to Oscar and Wilma Carroll on November 3, 1937. She graduated from Trenton High School. Jackie worked several jobs including for the New Jersey State Department, Dunham's Department Store, and Weight Watchers. She was always volunteering. She was involved in PTA, scouting, and church activities. She was a hospital volunteer for many years, first at St. Francis hospital then at Guthrie Cortland. She enjoyed sewing and crafts, especially counted cross stitch activities. Jackie baked delicious desserts. Jackie is survived by her husband Steve. They enjoyed 66 years together. She is predeceased in death by her son Raymond. She is also survived by Debbie Brazina, Bryan (Karen) Brazina, Suzanne (Laszlo) Engel, Samantha Engel, and numerous step grand and great grandchildren.
