Obituary of Charles "Freddy" Seager

Charles Frederick "Freddy" Seager, 81 of Cincinnatus passed away on October 24, 2025 at Guthrie Cortland Medical Center. He was born Jun 13, 1944 in Cortland, a son of the late Francis and Catherine Soper Seager.
Charles served his country with the United States Army for 20 years.
Charles is survived by two daughters, Diannia Clawson, Laurinda Fitch, several stepchildren, eight grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, sister-in-law Barbara Seager and brother-in-law, Charles "Tod" Lampman.
Charles is predeceased by his wife, Helen, children, Angela Seager and Brian Seager, brothers, David and Theodore Seager, sister, Helen Mary Lampman.
Services will be held on 12-1 PM Friday, at Wright-Beard Funeral Home, 9 Lincoln Ave., Cortland. Graveside services will follow in Willet Cemetery.
