My Uncle Ed was a kind hearted man with a great sense of humor who could always make me laugh until I cried. My mom has many childhood memories and when we got together with Uncle Ed we always enjoyed reminiscing and laughing about stories of their childhood in Truxton, NY. We will miss him dearly.

Q: Describe where Harold worked and what they did
A: My uncle Ed used to work for the Cortland County high way department. I used to work for the SUNY Cortland grounds department and we used to go to bring our road plows to the county barn to get filled with salt when we were called in and some times I would see and talk to my uncle .

I always enjoyed conversations with Ed at Blodgett Mills Sportsmen’s Club. Loved listening to his hunting and trapping adventures. What a kind hearted man.
