I can remember as a child taking family road trips to visit our cousins. The thing I remember most about aunt Audrey is her smile. Coming down to breakfast, and even though the house was full of company, she had a smile that lit up the room and made you feel so welcome. I remember thinking how lucky my cousins were to have such a great mom. My prayers are with her family in this time of loss.

Audrey became my adopted godmother when she married my godfather. Together, they were always available when I needed them. I remember walking into a classroom at St. Mary's, in the basement, and there she was. Every student was taller than her, but when she spoke, we listened.
She was a great lady and will be misses by all that knew her.

What a loving and faith- filled inspiration she was to me. I’ll never forget the first time I had dinner with the Caughey family, during Lent, when they said the rosary each night. I was so grateful that they were on the Joyful Mysteries, so that I knew my line when it was my turn to lead the decade.
Know that she was looked up to and appreciated!
