Margaret I. Thorp, passed away on January 7, 2026 surrounded by her loving family at Lourdes Memorial Hospital.
Margaret is predeceased by her parents Nellis and Betty Thorp, brother Charles Thorp, Sisters Donna Bularley and Susan Hansen, ex husband Frederick St. John, Sr. and fiancé Richard (Red) Wing, Sr.
Margaet is survived by her sons, Frederick St. John, Jr. (Holly Marks-St.John), Michael Dennis (Sandra Knorr), step son Dakota Balinger (Dorothy Westcott) brother Gerald Thorp (Candy), sister in law Brenda Thorp her companion Dan Balinger and several grandkids, great grandkids, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Margaret adored her grandkids, they were her world! She loved spending time with her family. Margaret loved going to the Country Music Park, BBQ's and her puzzle books.
There will be a celebration of life at a later date. Wright-Beard Funeral Home, Inc. is assisting the family arrangements.
