Obituary of Christine M. Ashley-Fellows

Christine M. Ashley-Fellows, 64, formerly of Cortland and Groton, went to be with the Lord February 7, 2026, in Geneva NY, where she had been residing the past few years. She is the daughter of the late Ken Randall and Irene Ashley. Christine was an area resident all her life graduating from Cortland High School in 1980 then went on to receive a degree in Horticulture. She was married to Richard Fellows of Cortland, the father of her sons in the summer of 1985 and was married to him for 20 years. She had been employed with JM Murray Center and P&C of Cortland. She enjoyed spending her time with her Aunt Evelyn and cousins in Groton. Her family will cherish her memory as a Christian and Catholic who believed in the power of God and loved everything about the Church. Christine's bright, bubbly sweet personality left a mark of everlasting remembrance for anyone that knew her. She also enjoyed singing and dancing to her favorite singer Alan Jackson and she sure did love playing lottery tickets. She is survived by her sons Richie Fellows, Nehemiah (Jessica) Fellows, soon to be grandchild Wrenley Fellows, father of her sons Richard Fellows, and her cousins. Calling hours will be Wednesday February 18, 2026, 3-4:45 pm w a prayer to conclude calling hours at 5 pm at the Wright-Beard Funeral Home Inc., 9 Lincoln Ave., Cortland NY, 13045.
