Just heard of Mikes passing.
It must have been your time. Sorry to all of the Foote family. I remember all the great summers at Little long lake. With your help I was sole to learn how to water ski. My thoughts and wishes are with you all.

Mike was one of my brothers. Just a year younger than I I remember one of my first dances Mike was there. He danced with me and with Karen. I was so proud of him. He would call me and we would talk. He sometimes asked me for things for others. I remember making a baby quilt for a young nurse that was pregnant. He had a good heart. I will miss him. God got a mighty angel. He is with mom drinking coffee. Fly high Mike.

In memory, Mike we stand
You grace this fair land
God’s blessings surround
And the love we have found
You touched lives in ways we can’t measure
With kindness that brought pleasure
No more pain to conceive
Your memory is our treasure
Though you left this world, we can see
The signs that you are ever near Ever free
No regrets mark your flight
Just love shining bright
In the lives, you changed endlessly
Your brown eyes seeing God’s graces
Admiring the beauty in heavenly places
Time dates and appointments are gone
No more earthly schedules to bring you down
We are sure you are in all of it all
You were just waiting for Jesus as call
We all love you so much
Looking for signs, you are keeping in touch
We carry wonderful memories of you
We know you will be waiting for us
Please take comfort and have no regrets
for we couldn’t have asked for anything more
You made us proud
God bless and keep you. It’s a good time to have a good time.
In heaven with mom, relatives, friends, and even animals that have passed
Go in peace, Mike we will always carry you in our hearts

Mike,
You introduced hunting and fishing. Monster movies, Chiller, Malo cups. Of course godzilla movies that we loved watching together. Helped us with our home made go carts . Sneaking subs in our room when you came home from a date. Vacation in Canada. Countless memories i will hold dear to my heart. Looking out for the vets that were roommates. I love you Michael. Tell mom to keep the coffee on. Your brother mark.

I met Mike when we became neighbors at The Port Watson Commons at 124 Port Watson st. We hit it off from day one. He used to make me laugh with some of his quick wit about other neighbors. We would sometimes sit at his place for hours just smoking cut and bullshitting about anything and everything. We kept in touch when he first moved to Homer but once they moved everybody to Auburn I believe we connected one or two more times and I hadn’t heard from him since. A neighbor of mine just brought Mike up last week asking if I had talked to Mike recently and then bam, what do you know my neighbor told me of his passing. I miss you Mike and love you like a brother from another mother. Wish we would’ve kept in touch. Well I hope you still had your ponytail when you passed as you were so proud of that hair that you said if the doctor ever told you that you needed kemo but you’d lose your ponytail you say f**k that I’m not losing my hair. Man I miss you buddy ❤️
