Cynthia J. Premo, 75 of Cortland passed away on February 19, 2026 at Guthrie Cortland Medical Center with her loving family by her side. She was born on May 18, 1950 in Ithaca a daughter of the late Russell and Jean Small Savey.
Cynthia is survived by her loving family.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family, Wright-Beard Funeral Home, Inc. is assisting the family with arrangements.
