One of my favorite things about Grandma was her bluntness and sass! She was never afraid to speak her mind even if it wasn’t what you wanted to hear. I take pride in speaking my mind and like to think grams passed that down to me. I love you Grandma and wish I could have had more time with you growing up. ❤️

Mom gave me the gardening knowledge of organics. In the 1990s I further studied gardening methods. She made sure that I became familiar with home-made pest and bug detergent solutions, proper organic soil compositions, companion planting, as well as, natural herbicide like marigold flowers and herbs planted near vegetables to keep bugs away from crops. Raised bed methods also as optional planting solutions. Mom truely had a "green thumb" in the garden. Thank you Mom! I will truely miss your knowledge of vegetable gardens and plants.
