Born on March 9, 1951, she was the beloved daughter of the late Paul and Marion Tauteroff. Lillian leaves behind a rich legacy of faith, family, and tireless dedication to those she loved. A woman who truly feared and loved God, Lillian walked through life with grace and a servant's heart. She was the cornerstone of her family, deeply devoted to her husband, Mark Thomas, and her children, Alfred Morse, Donald Morse, Lucas Thomas, and Kathryn Thomas. Her grandchildren—Alfred Morse, Lewis Morse, Tyler Morse, Charles Morse, Alex Morse, Maggie Morse, Kirsten Morse, Donald Morse, Jason Morse, Ryan Morse, Haylee Thomas, Kelly Thomas, and Grant Thomas—were her greatest joy. She consistently put their needs above her own, teaching them the value of kindness and selflessness. Known for her hardworking spirit, Lillian found beauty in the simple and the timeless. She was a passionate collector of antiques, seeing the history and soul in well-worn treasures. Her hands were rarely still—often holding a camera to capture the fleeting, precious moments she cherished so dearly. Though she has gone home to her Creator, the memories she documented and the love she sowed will remain with us forever. Lillian's services will be held at the New Testament Church of Peruville , 1380 Peruville Road, Groton, NY, 13073, Thursday, May 21 at 10:30 a.m. for family and friends.
