My sincere condolences to the family. I knew Mike from all my years working at Cornell University and also from living in Dryden, New York.. Mike knew both our kids very well and was a good friend to our family. I remember sharing many laughs with him at Cornell and he will certainly be missed, he was the best of the best.

Mike was a great colleague, mentor, and friend. He supported my interest in law enforcement and helped me get in the door. I loved our time working together at Cornell University PD and Dryden PD, and after I moved on to other pursuits I enjoyed seeing him when he passed through NYC or I made it back home. I will miss the many laughs we had over the years. Rest in peace, brother. You’re gone too soon.

Oh Mikey, hard to believe this is true. You were such a caring and generous man. Charismatic...oh soooo charismatic, and the lover of all things beautiful. You never missed a Mother's Day wish, and for that I am grateful; that kept us connected. My condolences to the entire Blenman family, you lost an amazing man. Rest Mikey, you were so loved.
