Obituary of Wilma E. Burleigh

Wilma Seamans Burleigh, 85, of Homer passed peacefully in her sleep August 1, 2026. She was a lifelong resident, graduated from Cortland High School in 1960. She worked at Smith Corona and Walmart. She belonged to Eastern Star, and Homer Seniors. She loved her family and friends and enjoyed playing bingo. She is survived by her daughters Yvonne Burleigh (Jacki), Colleen Burleigh; Her grandchildren Heather, Dustin (Tisha), Jamie, Shane, Michael, and Suzanne; Her great grandchildren Dustin Jr, Jamie Jr, Trinity, Karenlee, Serenity, and Ray. She was predeceased by her life partner John Homer, and her parents, Florence Fox Seamans and Ivan Seamans. A private gathering will be held for family and friends.
