William Wood, age 68 of McGraw, NY passed away on July 16th, 2026 in Syracuse, NY.  William was born in Cortland, NY to Lewis and Joyce Wood on January 19th, 1958. 

He worked at Gutchess and Cayuga Lumber for many years before retirement. He had a special joy for hunting and the outdoors as well as playing his guitar and singing music.

William is survived by his children: Billy, Matthew, and Tammy and seven grandchildren as well as his siblings: Brian, Brad, Becky, and Steve.  He is preceded in death by his parents: Lewis and Joyce Wood and siblings: Mike, Dawn, Laurie.
