Jeffrey Scott Grummons, husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, passed away peacefully at home on August 8, 2026. Born on December 4, 1959, in Cortland, NY. The son of Robert Grummons and Susan Hollister Grummons, Jeff was predeceased by his parents. He leaves behind his wife, Kathy, his daughter Brittiny, her husband Brian Rosato, and his son Robert Grummons. Jeff was grandfather to Bailey and Caleb, and a doting great-grandfather to Nevaeh, Nylah, and Khamari. A graduate of Homer High School, Jeff followed in his father's footsteps with pride, working side by side as a Stone Mason for RM Grummons Construction. Jeff was a man of many passions, known widely for his loyalty to the Syracuse Orange, Buffalo Bills and his annual route 90 sales. He enjoyed snowmobiling with friends and building his camp on Cross Lake in earlier years. Those who knew him could not forget his vibrant personality. His Green Gutless Cutlass was more than just a car; it was a symbol of his zest for life. He cherished being called the "Mayor," "Grumpster," and the "Slushee Man". He was the life of the party, bringing joy and laughter to all who met him. Jeff's love for fireworks was legendary, lighting up the night sky with displays that left lasting memories for all who were lucky enough to witness them. His fun spirit made him a cherished friend to many. In accordance with his wishes, there will be no services. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Jeffrey's memory will forever be etched in the hearts of those he touched.
