Pamela Marie Norris, 68, of Cortland, NY passed away on Sunday September 20, 2026. She was born on June 6, 1958, in Cortland NY to Herbert Alfred Horton and Jessica May Smith.

Jessica is survived by her sister Jackie Burt, her brothers David, Sean, and Brian Rood, and her daughter Rachel Aline Pierrie. She was predeceased by her brother Gary Horton.
