Obituary of Carol Anne Taylor

Carol Anne Taylor, 77, of Cortland passed away surrounded by her family on December 14, 2023 at Robert Packer Hospital, Sayre, PA. She was born July 16, 1946, in Kingston PA, the daughter of the late James and Aldona Davis. Carol shared the past 60 years with the love of her life, her husband James. Together they shared a lifetime of many joys that was centered around each other and their family. Carol was a registered nurse that cared for countless individuals with care and dignity. She was an instructor for Cortland BOCES as an LPN instructor, then worked at the following health care institutions; Loretto, Cortland Memorial, Alpha House, Highgate Manor, and Crown Park. Carol is survived by her husband and high school sweetheart whom she married in 1966; James Taylor, Her son Edward Taylor, her daughter Lisa (Shane) Woodin, her beloved grandchildren Tyler Woodin, Ryan Woodin, and TaylorAnne (Adam) Parker. She was anxiously awaiting becoming a great-great grandma to baby Parker. Per Carol's wishes there are no services.
