Judith L. Judy Moore, 66, passed away quietly on Thursday, May 7, 2009 at the Cortland regional Medical Center. She was the daughter of the late Robert and Fern Lawrence. She is survived by her husband, Arlyn, her brother Douglas, two sons Ronald and Robert, three grandsons, a nephew and two nieces as well as many cousins.
Judy was a community worker always helping people. She was a Cornell University Nutritionist, a Home Health Aide, and a Food Stamp Intercessor. She organized Church Suppers as well as organizing a float for the June Dairy Parade. Judy enjoyed traveling especially going to the 50th Anniversary of Radio City Music Hall.
She will be a fond memory to all who knew her. Her infectious smile and laughter will guarantee that.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday at 2:00 P.M. at the Seventh Day Adventist Church, 106 N. Main St. Cortland NY. Wright-Beard Funeral Home, Inc. assisted the family in arrangements.
