Arlene Dellow GailorArlene Dellow Gailor, 87, of Cortland, NY, one of Jehovahs Witnesses, fell asleep in death Sunday, March 10, 2013, at the Cortland Regional Medical. Arlene was born January 24, 1926 in Lapeer, NY, the daughter of the late Claude and T. Georgia Hilsinger Dellow.A lifelong resident of the area, Arlene had been employed at Wallys Diner, Smith Corona, and SUNY Cortland Auxiliary. She enjoyed spending time with her family and taking trips to the Lancaster, PA area. Arlene is survived by her loving children: sons, Robert Gailor Jr (Stub) and wife, Donnalee, Gerald (Jerry) Gailor and wife, Jacquelyn (Jackie); grandchildren, Debbie (Harry Crum) Gailor, John (Jodi) Gailor, Daniel (Beth) Gailor, and Donald (Jennifer) Gailor; her great-grandchildren, Matthew Coit, Timothy Coit, Robert Gailor III, Patrick PJ Gailor, Nicholas Rehberg-Gailor, Logan Rehberg-Gailor, and SÃĩamus Gailor; her sister, Thelma Nelson; and several nieces and nephews, including a special nephew, David Dellow.Arlene was predeseased by her loving husband of 65 years, Robert W. Gailor, (exactly 5 years to the day), her parents, and her sister Pauline (Polly) Natoli.At the familys request there are no calling hours or services.Anyone wishing to make a memorial contribution in Arlenes name is asked to consider the Association For Vision Rehab (AVRE), 174 Court Street, Binghamton, NY 13901.
