That humor came through especially in his cartoons, which I always sought out to plug into my project plans. Sincere condolences upon the loss of a truly good person. Ken Jones Kay and family Please accept our condolences on the passing of your dad. Ann and I are keeping you in our prayers. Flip and Ann My Dad was an extremely humble man. He never considered himself as a hero, even though he received the Purple Heart and Bronze Star, along with other metals of honor during the War. He's always been my Hero for all that he's done for this country and for our family. He was a great father and husband. He loved my mother, my sister and I, very much and wasn't afraid to let us know that. Our family will miss Dad a great deal. But we're also very thankful to God that He didn't let my Dad suffer as much as he could have, with the cancer that was growing within. There's no doubt in my mind that we'll get to see Dad once again, perhaps not as my father, but as my brother who thankfully accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior. Our prayers are that all of our friends, family and acquaintances make the same decision, before it's too late. I want to thank the Church, the Undertaker, our friends and our family, especially my Sister, who has been so helpful to my Mom and Dad over the years. I love her and her family very much. May God Bless them all, along with my Mother, Dad's nieces and nephews and my wife, children and grandchildren. /s/ Paul D. Hawver Uncle Bill was such a special person in the lives of me and my sisters. He was someone we always looked up to in many different ways. We had a very unique family that's for sure, none of us perfect, with our flaws but always loving to family. I am blessed with great family and was particularly blessed that Uncle Bill was in my life. Fond memories, much love and much fun. Mike
