Carol, John,Susan, and Kelly I was saddened by the news of John's passing- while it has been years since we have seen each other I have such fond memories of the neighborhood. When Bill and I first moved to Cortland your family was the first to welcome us - and friendship only grew through the years. There were many happy celebrations together along with the unexpected pranks that were played on each other. The best had to be when John put my car in the garage sideways. It still brings a smile to my face when I think of the night John was trying to get in our bedroom window and the ladder feel backwards and all we heard was the scream! Thanks for the good times John - all my love to you all, Lynn
Carol, I was saddened to hear of the passing of John. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time. May you find strength in the love of your family and friends. God bless you. Your "cafeteria" friend, Chuck Petit
To John's Family, I'm so very sorry to learn of John's passing. I haven't see or spoken with him since the Summer of '62 when we graduated from high school. But he was a friend during those high school years and was always so very polite and kind to me. I found him on FB a couple of years ago, thanked him for his kindness and we exchanged updates. He was SO proud of his wonderful family! May all of your happy memories fill your hearts with love and peace. Barbara Cole Miller
