Julia Craver 91 of formally of Homer and Tully passed away December 9, 2012 in the Crown Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Cortland.
Julia was born August 14, 1921 in Coventry, NY.
the daughter of the late Clarence and Leila Fisher Holdredge.
She worked along side her late husband Roger for several years as a bookkeeper for the family business, and had worked for the Homer Central School District in food service.
She had been active in Girl Scouts for several years.
Julia is survived by her daughters Linda Cottrell of Tully, Lila Donley of Penn Yan, and Lorraine Balmer of Dryden, her eight grandsons, one granddaughter, fourteen great €“grandchildren. and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and her husband, Julia was predeceased by her brothers and sisters, son in law Stan and grandson Kenneth Balmer. A memorial service will be held 11:00 am December 29, 2012 at the Dryden United Methodist Church with the Pastor Richard Siver officiating interment in the Onondaga County Veterans Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
Friends are invited to call from 10:00 am €“ 11:00 am prior to the service.
