Obituary of Jerri Ann Peck

Jerri Ann Peck 80 of Skaneateles passed away peacefully August 13, 2009 at St. joseph's Hospital Syracuse.
Jerri Ann was bon May 31, 1929 in Cortland the daughter of the late Ray and Grace Halloran Reilly.
She attended and graduated from St, Mary's School as Salutorian in 1947, she then attended New Rochelle and Cornell graduating with Honors in 1951, she subsequently received her Masters in education from Cortland State .
Jerri Ann taught elementary school in Skaneateles and Cortland City School then married Jay Peck in 1955. She was a wonderful cook and a loving mother.
Jerri was an active member of the Cortland Memorial Hospital auxiliary and a member of the Cortland County Club where she was ladies champion one year and belonged to the bridge club. She later worked along side him at Peck's Furniture Store, They later retired to St. Petersburg Beach in Florida where she enjoyed her many friends at the beach and would return every summer to their home on Skaneateles Lake.
Jerri Ann is survived by her husband of 55 years Jay Allen Peck, son William J. (Mary) Peck, daughter Ellen (Michael) Albanese 8 grandchildren 1 great grandchild.
A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 11:00 am Wednesday at St. Mary's Church Cortland. Interment will follow in Cortland Rural Cemetery .
