Clifford J. "Jamie" Hopkins Jr. 42 of Virgil passed away suddenly at home on September 24, 2009 Clifford was born July 16, 1967 in Cortland the son of Clifford and Kitty Ryan Hopkins Sr. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and searching for Ginseng. Clifford is survived by parents Clifford and Kitty Hopkins Sr. of Florida, his son Nicolas (Britni Elliott) and his daughter Jasmine of Cortland, his former companion Melony Marks, daughter Jessica (Robert Green Jr.) Woodard grand children Jonathan, Alex, and Andrew, of Cortland, brothers Wayne and Chad of Florida, sisters Penny McCall, of Cortland , Shawn and Tina Hopkins of Florida Funeral Services will be held Tuesday 2:00 pm at the Wright-Beard Funeral Home 9 Lincoln Ave. Friends are invited to call one hour prior to the service.
