Robert C. Miller 81, of Cortland passed away October 14, 2009 in Cortland Regional Medical Center Robert was born January 30, 1928 in Pontiac, Michigan the son of the late Arthur and Kathleen Innes Miller, He served his country with the US Army from 1946-1950. Robert was employed as a Personal Manager for Brewer Titchner Company for many years, and was a member of the Cortland VFW and Moose. He enjoyed spending time in the outdoors. Robert is survived by his children David (Toni) Miller of Truxton, Robert (Patricia) Miller of New Mexico, his daughter Deborah Miller of Pennsylvania, his grandchildren Kaila, Scotty, Amber , Tiffany, Jeremy and Cherish and 4 great grandchildren. In addition to his parents Robert was predeceased by wife Helen Pat and daughter Karen His faithful canine companion Jack passed away October 15, 2009. A memorial service will be held 11:00 am Monday at the Wright-Beard Funeral Home 9 Lincoln Ave. Interment will follow in St. Marys Cemetery. Friends are invited to call one hour prior to the service.
