Jerry, Jan and Judy, I was so very sorry to hear of Elda's death. I had just mailed her a card with a photo of several of the Chappell's former employees and most everyone that knew Elda signed it. We got together on the 13th for dinner. We spoke of Elda that day along with Shirly Woods. I always enjoyed working with Elda at the store. She was always cheerful and fun loving. I know that I write for many of us that worked with Elda who may not have access to email. Elda will be remembered fondly by us all. It was so nice that she enjoyed the companionship of Bob for so many years. They surely enjoyed one another's company and did a lot together. Now-I trust they are once again dancing together. My sincere sympathy to you all in the loss of your mother. I know the sadness in your hearts-in losing a mother. I know that you all have many wonderful memories to treasure. Sincerely, Terre Dennis
We offer our deepest condolences Gerry and Judy. To know your mom was to love her. Thank you so much for allowing us the time we had with her. Paula Swem, Muriel Moore, Mary Hazard and Gary Swem
