Cameron N. Stephenson Jr. 74, of Cortland passed away May 22, 2010 in Cortland Regional Medical Center. Cameron was born January 10, 1936 in Long Beach,California, the son of Cameron N. and Virginia Polsey Stephenson Sr. Cameron served his country with the US Marines during the Korean War, and had been employed at Durkee Bakery, Cooper Tools and Green Thumb program ,working with the NYS Dept of Environmental Conservation His memberships included the VFW, DAV, and past member of the Eagles, and Moose, Cameron was a Past President of the 14th District Legion of the Moose. Cameron is survived by his wife of 18 years, Virginia Harbst of Cortland, his stepchildren David (Nancy) Westfall of Berkshire, Cheryl (Steve) Nemecek of Cortland, Bonnie (Rick) Robinson of Cortland, Jessie (Phil) Emerson of Ithaca, brother William (Jeannie) Stephenson of California, his father Cameron N, Stephenson Sr. of California, his mother in law Mildred Harbst of Cortland, several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Cameron was predeceased by his mother and sister.
