How do I describe spending the first 40 years of my life with this amazing woman I called "Nana". It would take volumes. Simply put, I can't. I consider myself blessed beyond measure to have had her as my grandmother and friend. I am much of what I am today because of her. She was sacrificial, thoughtful, geniune, and spirited, all in her own special, small-French-woman, kind of way. I loved her for it, I will miss her for it. Life will not be the same. To my Nana-do, you'll live in my heart and memory. This is not good-bye, just see you in a while. In time we'll be together again. Take care, I know you're in good hands, I LOVE YOU! Eric Christopher Smith (and family)
Denise, Scott, your children and grandchildren. I have known Gabrielle for 45 years. I called her Gaby. She called me mounette what ever that means. She always has been a very good friend and never gave me any bad advices. I am heart broken she had to leave us. We shared so many fun memories. Gaby, I will never forget you and will see you again. I love you, always did. These were my last words to you and they are very special. Again I love you and miss you. Peace to you. Danielle Pickett
