Frances S. Letts 82 of Homer passed away November 20, 2010 in Cortland Regional Nursing Facility. Frances was born November 2, 1928 in Ithaca the daughter of the late William and Frances Herrick Starner. Frances was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother; she enjoyed camping, and skiing Frances graduated from Penn Hall University in Chambersburg, PA and from Ithaca College. She is survived by her husband Boyd T. Letts Jr. of Homer, her sons Bruce of Tully and Thomas (Connie) Letts of Horseheads, 5 grandchildren. Private memorial services will be held at the convenience of the family Interment will be in Cortland Rural Cemetery. .At Frances request there are no calling Wright-Beard Funeral Home is assisting the family.
