I lived just a few houses down from Louise Reeves on West Court Street and graduated from both Immaculate Conception School and Ithaca High School with her. In grammar school, the nun teaching us caught me trying to pass a love note to Louise and made me read it aloud to the class. I met her again in the late '60s when I moved to Hornell. Louise was a beautiful woman and I learned of her passing with genuine sorrow. May she rest in peace. Roland Rivers
Please accept my sincere sympathy. I worked with Louise at the J.M.Murray Center. We always had a good time. May God give you all peace and comfort during this difficult time. Helen Rundell Trimm
I am very sorry for your loss. I met Louise last year at a breakfast with other DEC retirees and thought she was a really classy lady. My heart goes out to all of her family and Gordon. Janet Hines (Cortland, NY)
I am very saddened to hear of Louise's passing. We worked together at DEC back in the good ole days. I enjoyed spending time with her at our "retirees" breakfasts when she was in Cortland and will miss her perky personality. My prayers go out to Gordon and her family.

We were so sorry to hear of Louise's passing. Our condolences go out to her family and to Gordon. It was funny but I thought of her last week and remembered her fondly. I was in the Albany area and must have been there when she passed on. She is in our thoughts and prayers. Lucy & Rich
