Obituary of David M Houghtalen

David M. Houghtalen, 65, of Cortland died November 15, 2012. He was born March 17, 1947 in Cortland, son of the late Irvin and Eloise Houghtalen. David was a lifelong resident of the area. He was employed with Pinkerton Security Co. as a security guard. David was an avid Mets and Dallas Cowboys fan. He is survived by his brother Theodore (Sandra) Houghtalen of Cortland, friend William Park, nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held Wednesday 2pm at the Wright-Beard Funeral Home, 9 Lincoln Ave., Cortland NY, 13045. We grew up together in the same neighborhood, shared many memories, and then went our separate ways, only to meet up at the occasional HS reunion.
