Charlotte K. Hall 89 of Cortland passed away July 28, 2013 in Cortland. Charlotte was born June24, 1924 in Tamaqua, PA the daughter of the late Andrew and Lillie Kishbauch Sassaman. Charlotte had been employed at Durkee Bakery and at PTM. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Charlotte is survived by her daughter Pamela (F.Scott) Abbott of Cortland, her grandchildren: Jesse (Lis) Abbott, Jennifer (Paul) Ryan, Kelley (Ben) Locke,, great- grandchildren Aiden and Mason Abbott, Kylie , Owen and Nora Ryan, Mya, Olivia, and Ayla Locke, nieces Linda, Cindy, Susan and Harriet, nephews Steve and Larry. In addition to her parents Charlotte was predeceased by her husband Llewellyn Hall, sister Betty( Lewis) Berk, brother Harry Sassaman.
