Marlin "Lee" Bush, 83, of McGraw died on June 7 at the Cortland Regional Medical Center. Marlin and Linda Lou Crandall had been together for 41 years. After 28 years he proposed and made her his bride on August 31, 2001. Lee was a lifelong Yankee fan and coon hunter. He never met a dog he didn't like or a dog that didn't like him. He was a welder, dairy farmer, boiler man, TV repairman, plumber, and furnace man He is predeceased by parents Ervey and Hazel Bush, brothers; Gerald and Norman Bush, sisters; Elma (DeBruce) Spence, Marlene (Norm) Lennings, Erma (Henery) Weaver and Yvonne (Arden) Angle. Marlin is survived by his wife Linda, sons; Robert (Nancy) Bush, James Bush, Kevin (Connie) Bush, daughters; Kristle VanLare, Kim (Bud) Greene, brother Ervey Jr. (Doris) Bush, sisters; Sharon (Ken) Benjamin, Janet (Ron) Richer, 17 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. His best friend Scamp. Also very dear friend Terry Mullen, who had helped the family out tremendously as a care giver and a friend during his time of need. A calling hour will be held on Thursday from 10-11AM with a service to follow at 11:00 at the Wright-Beard Funeral Home, 9 Lincoln Ave. Cortland NY.
