A Silent Prayer
As life goes on, we often forget about the silent prayers. The hopes and dreams of all who we care for through our loving years. We can only pray our dreams come true our children now grown up. The joy and love we gave to them will surely be enough.
They've grown now their lives to live, how sad to let them go. But to watch them grow and flourish in life, can be our only hope. Through the falters of their ways we say a silent prayer.
The mistakes they make in life is not what we like to hear. We only hope they come around and to see their own mistakes mean while we say our silent prayers.
If only they'd listened to us, or even talked to us, how much it could of helped- we'll not know. But life goes on day by day. And we say our silent prayers.
