Kellie J. Hoy 48, of Cortland, passed away unexpectedly September 1, 2015 Kellie was born December 17, 1966 in Cortland, the daughter of the late James and Donna Morgan Hoy. Kellie was employed as a CNA in Cortland County. She enjoyed the outdoors, but most of all spending time with her family and friends. Kellie is survived by her son Corey Hopkins, and her brother Kip Hoy. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday at 12:00 pm at the Wright-Beard Funeral Home 9 Lincoln Ave. Friends are invited to call from 11:00-11:45 am prior to the service.
